He knows the full truth — strengths, failures, hidden realities. He does not rely on reports; He sees directly. GK: oida ta erga sou (οἶδα τὰ ἔργα σου). oida = comprehensive knowledge. erga = works, deeds, total conduct. SCIF: Full operational assessment in progress — the Commander has complete intelligence on all unit activities. No counter-intelligence measure is effective.
