Intelligence Brief
Christ possesses the master authority over death itself and over Hades — the realm of the dead. Keys in the ancient world represented absolute authority and control over access: who enters, who exits, who is held, who is released. Death and Hades are presented throughout Revelation as enemy powers. Christ holds the keys — meaning neither death nor the grave has any authority that he has not authorized, and both will ultimately be cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:14). SCIF: Master override codes to the enemy's most fortified position — command-level credentials granting full access control to the domain previously held by the adversary. Nothing in death's territory is locked to him. The enemy's ultimate stronghold — the one weapon that terrorized all humanity — is now under his direct authority. He decides who enters and who exits.
