Intelligence Brief
The tree originally placed in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:9), access to which was barred after the Fall. Christ promises the overcomer restored access — the reversal of the curse, the restoration of unbroken fellowship with God. Paradise (paradeisos) is a Persian loan-word meaning a royal walled garden. This is the first of seven overcomer promises in chapters 2-3, all fulfilled in Revelation 21-22. GK: xylon tēs zōēs (ξύλον τῆς ζωῆς). paradeisos (παράδεισος) from Old Persian pairidaēza. HEB: ets haḥayyim (עֵץ הַחַיִּים). SCIF: Restored access to the Commander's private grounds — the original privilege revoked at the first security breach is now reinstated for all operatives who hold their position.
